Management Team 

Currently, the Board has One (1) Director; An Executive Director (Chairperson)
The Board will grow to 5 members, with mindful selection based on the impartiality of corporate governance and stewardship, 
Incoming Board members; will have previously held positions as - Companies founders, Managing directors, C.E.O.s’ supported by non-executive Legal, accounting, fiduciary C.A. advisors to the board 
The constitution requires Cap-Tech have two operating sub-committees, these being; The Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, and The Governance Committee. Board will vote on establishing an R&D Committee. (advisors) see menu
Sub Committees; One director sits on at least one sub-committee and can call upon other board members and Advisors. to spread the workload across the Board. (see menu advisors)
Role of each Committee; Committees provide recommendations to the Board in relation to their designated function, covered by Committee Charters and given effect via a Delegations Register.
Department heads of; Cyber-security, Admin, Marketing, Production, report on an ongoing basis ensuring the best information is available for decision making.
